This is BIG MIKE's latest rifle project (offspring of The RED HAMMER INCIDENT) : Borden ALPINE action, PacNor 1:11" twist SS, Super Match, fit and chambered by Mike Bigelow, bedded in a McMillan Hunter Class stock by yours truly. So far, so good - expected MVs are probably not going to "happen"...

RG's '07 Pronghorn joins the Mule deer herd . . .

Ankeny, IA taxidermist, Brad Coulson, finished his work on my 2007 Antelope , which Donna and I picked up yesterday - this one has a "show quality" cape and mount - though Brad had a couple of BIGGER "goats" ready to go also, this one, despite ," just respectable" horns...

RG's three best mule deer . . .

The mounts on both the left and right were done by Spokane, WA, taxidermist, Scott Brewer: his work is simply very good. The center mount was done by Ankeny, IA , taxidermist, Brad Coulson; his work is most pleasing also. As viewed from the left, the first two were from NE Wyoming, shot, respectively...

Late Muzzle-loader buck where he fell . . .

Memory Valley archery white-tails - a composit look: 2004;2005;2007. (RG's three best white-tail bucks.)

This is another attempt to "stitch" several pics into a composit photo - it looks like the space requirements somewhat degraded the image quality - I'm learning to switch the camera to the "small format" when making pics headed for computer viewing. Still, they aren't horrible...

Surprisingly, the addition of an [ALMOST] human form adds perspective lacking in my photos, which display only the deer and some archery accouterments - you'd think BIG MIKE and i could smile a little! ;) Thank you for the help retrieving the critter - and also for the GREAT photo, Mike! :) I still...

Could this be BIG MIKE? Kentucky residents had better "HOPE" that the [budding] alter ego of Mr. Carleton doesn't look like this!

Donna surprised me with a request for, "one of those wild-life cameras" . . . so, Christmas, for her, came early! ;) We stopped by the SportsMens Warehouse store and purchased a good one (we hope!). Last evening, we powered it up and, hoping to get some coyote/'coon photos, hung it over...
