Congrats Ron...and what a great story!...not only the story of the hunt but the history of your involvement with the restocking of turkey in your area. The restoration of the wild turkey is one of the greatest examples of what an organization such as NWTF working with state DNR's and Fish and Wildlife Departments can accomplish. The last I heard the NWTF has contributed over 200 million dollars nationwide for wildlife restoration projects as well as being a large supporter of our shooting sports!....Thanks to all involved in the state and national levels of this great organization.....and thanks Stan for posting this super story!
