A 17HMR would have been just the thing for this shot – kinda making me think of adding one to the collection. Corse, as soon as I do that, I will get a fox hung up in plain sight at about 300 yards.

I really just wanted to take the Swift out and have a go at a fox. It’s the middle of summer here right now and not good a time for fox, but I have been really hitting the group shooting BR circuit here and have not been hunting for the last 18 months. I just had to get out.
