I must apologize for running out on you and all of the others at the chat room the other evening - phone calls . . . .

Gary Long built 30 BR should HAMMER the 112s into a very small hole.

As I recall, you stated the case necks are turned for a loaded round dimaeter of .3286"  - is this correct? If yes, was this determined using the 112 Gr. BIB or, the Nosler/TNT? The pressure-ring on the BIB will measure about .3088" (probably about 0.001" larger than the factory bullets), so, if the neck-wall thickness was established using one of the factory bullets, THAT could pose a problem. I do not use a total clearance of less than 0.0015" and find that 0.002" never hurts.

Also, I think I recall you saying that you are using a .326" neck-size bushing - go straight to a .324" and never look back. Well, Ok, unless it doesn't work! ;) Then, if that doesn't work, go straight to a RADICAL JUMP - 0.030" to 0.040" off the "jam" as determined by your method - and mess around that vininity. Several years ago, my PAL, Terry Meyer, discovered that, quite often, "fussy" barrels prefer a HUGE jump . . . yep, it defies conventional logic, but it sometimes makes the proverbial "silk purse out of a sow's ear"! Remember - change and test only ONE variable at a time! R.G.

P.S> Thanks to Jim Saubier for his heads-up; I corrected the BIB 112 Gr. pressure-ring diameter to .3088".
