I would say that you are right. DNS hasn't update accross the internet yet. For instance from my ISP I have gone to the old and the new site and shuffled back and forth. For some reason this domain seems to be updating slower.In non computer speak what that means is we've split our users. Some are going to the site on the old server and some on the new server. We just have to wait this out. DNS records expire and when they do, your ISP updates them and then people will get to the new site.
