About 15 months ago you responded to my question about shooting sticks and suggested the Stoney Point "Polecat" bipod. I bought one and finally had a chance to use it on a hunting trip over the last few days. I think it gave me a lot more versatility than a rifle mounted bipod, but because it is a separate item, I did tend to leave it in the back of the pickup (forgotten) rather than have it with me when I needed it!

Anyhow, I shot this little sow with my 220 swift off the polecat and the sight picture was rock solid.

PS Al, that stock (McMillan Sako) was your suggestion and its been very good too.
