I am a 43 year old second year Hunter class shooter from Wenatchee, Washington. 

I have been lurking on this board for the past few weeks and have picked up some usefull tuning information from Randy and Al that I think is helping me sort out some of the problems that I was having last summer.  This past season I had glimpses of success mixed in with mostly confusion, but since the weather has calmed down here in Wenatchee this fall I think I have discovered that I shot most of the season with an out of tune rifle.  I am attempting to correct that during the off season.

I have been shooting a Rem 700 based gun, and last month I got a new Kodiak/Lilja/EDGE rifle chambered in 30x48 built by George Myer that appears to be very promising.  Last July I passed up on an opportunity to purchase the BAT action gun that Randy is raving about-- if I only knew...
