The remainder of the one week trip wasn't quite a successful, as the weather truned HOT (this was during October) . . . and I could not convince Troy that we had either killed or, educated everything in the small area we were covering ON FOOT! He was worried about getting his [then new} 4x4 , "stuck out in the middle of who knows where"! The fur wasn't worth much at that time, but stretched fur always makes for a good pic! ;) When the ranch owner stopped by and saw our fur, he invited us to spend the remainder of the week "camped" in his fifth-wheel trailer and provided us with full access to a walkout basement shower . . and we went back for several more generously hosted and memorable coyote hunts!
