The Score Shooter of the Year Program is to be administered by the IBS Score Committee.  Detailed rules for earning points will be developed annually by the Score Committee and will be communicated to the shooters prior to the beginning of a competitive year.  The awards for the program will be determined by the committee on an annual basis.
