First I have not got my 30 built yet and I am far from a pro but with my 6ppc I did notice yesterday shooting in 47 degree temp with VV133. With my load that was shooting great in 55 to 60 degrees had gone horizontal which tells me that I needed to drop the powder charge about 2 to 3 tenths. Something different I have noticed with the VV powder is having to go down in powder charge in cold weather. All my loads using H322 and Benchmark needed to go up 2 to 3 tenths to get it back in tune. I know this is not a 30 but something that I have noticed about the VV powder.......
