I have a couple of rifles that "The Master" Stan has restocked for me in the Sako Varminter pattern. With the application that you stated  the "Sako Varminter" will be really nice and one you will enjoy, I can't add much that Al has not already said about  the way the stock handles and behaves in the bags...I really don't think you could pick a better make or model stock ...good luck whatever your choice.
