I might note that a 17 twist also won the 200 but with 118gr Bibs. It was one of my better 200's in LaGrande and I had a 3 point jump on the field for Sunday with the 100-200 agg.
As a side not, there was a Doe & Fawn on the range out near the 300 yard target stands on Sat. and I am not sure that the fawn was note born there during the 100 yard event.
Then on Sunday, Larry and that full 308 shifted into high gear and shot a 248 for the 300 in real nasty switchy wind to run off and leave the rest of us in the dust. That also gave him the 1-2-3 agg for the weekend.
Now everyone be warned that this is Larry's home court and the Nationals will be here in Aug.
It was a hoot, and as usual, a good time was had by most all who attended.
