Just got back from a 2 week trip to Sacramento and Eatonville,Wa. to play with the long range kids. There are some good shooters out here in the West. I held my own but took home no wood. Did spend several days in the Redwoods and that is awe inspiring.
When I checked the forum, I saw Larry,s kind words and must say that that match was a fun one.
It was my first Hunter Class since Casper and the new no/muzzlebrake rule. I did part off the threads on the barrel and installed a shotgun type hydrolic recoil reducer. It helps some but by the 200 yard event in the afternoon my poor old ouchy shoulder was a little sore. I can blame that for not staying tuned to the changing conditions at 200.
Am looking forward to the Oregon Trail Classic the end of this month. It is always a hoot to get back to the high country and play with quality people. Hope you can make it Larry.
