Reed, yes, I believe that both the IBS and NBRSA group targets have additional bulls inside the sighter borders. And I believe, most would welcome additional CLEAN X and ten rings on the score sighter!  I didn't mean to sound snotty up there, just my weird sense of humor! ;) R.G.
