The NBRSA now allows barrel tuners on centerfire benchrest rifles. I don't intend to do anything about a tuner yet but if too many guys with a tuner start beating up on me and records start to fall like timber, well..I'll have to reassess my position on tuners. What does the IBS say regarding their use? I'm Innocent
