alright jim i can top that one.

back a few years ago i watched a fellow trieing to line in a 300 weatherby,after he started on the scond box of shells.i noticed his scope was very loose in the rings.i told him to tighten the rings down or he would never get it sighted in..his reply

"i will tighten em down as soon as i get it lined in because if i do it now the crosshairs wont be able to move as i turn the knobs"
