Within a few days shooters from across the nation will start a movement toward LaGrande, Oregon and the Beaver Pond.  90 some shooters signed up for the festivities and Sharyn and Marv have put together a new computer format for scoring and breaking ties.  Our target crew is ready to go and the mirage boards are ready to be stared at.  Tomorrow or the next day we will get the loading tents up and we have mowed the range and the area for campers.  Fire season is here, the forests are dry and the thunder storms have started rolling through the mountains.

August 12th the thunder from the rifles will start echoing through the Blue Mountains and the Pond Froth will be whipped into whitecaps.  To you that are comming, drive careful.  To those than can not make LaGrande, I will try to see you in Casper wyoming in 2004.  Be well Friends.....Larry Cribbs
