Edit

I was just going through the messages about tie dyed Warewolf shirts, various musics, spellings of words and apparently the singing of songs to one another.  It is fun to look through the messages from a while ago to revisit what you chuckled over before.  I did not enter the conversation before but I have a preference for one song.  We had a pilot of a "slick" that had the thing on tape and two or three speakers wired into his communications system.  We could hear him on the way to us, or going away from us for miles.  You had to be there to appreciate the gross satisfaction of hearing "can't get no satisfaction" over and over again, reverberating in total defiance and disreguard of the rule of silence and stealth, through the rice paddies and boonies.  We were still part of the world, someone knew where we were, life was good.  I now question the sanity of singing the song at the top of our lungs viewing the situation we were in.  Felt good though, got the blood pumping, made us feel alive and strong...........................

I have matured though, I still feel the energy when I hear "Satisfaction" but I have added a few songs to my favorites list, a couple by "Dirty Vegas", one or two by Neil Diamond, and anything sung by my grandchildren.   Makes me feel alive.........and strong.   Larry Cribbs
