I use the K&M tools, have 2 of them and like them plenty.  They seem to be very well made.  They were a little annoying at first, getting hung up during the up-stroke, but since being broken in work excellent.  They are also very reasonably priced comparatively. 

ps - I do use Federal primers primarily.  205s and 210s.  I've just not found the time or need to test other primers.  I don't use the match primers, just the standard 205's and 210's.
