I've got 2 new 6PPC barrels that haven't even been screwed on the gun.  I just can't get out to the group matches, and don't see any reason to shoot them in score venues.  They shouldn't go bad.  I've also got a tremendous shooting 6PPC barrel with only 150 rounds on it, amazing how well that barrel shoots.  I've got an .070 target that i shot during the Jersey Winter league.  Those 5 shots  just stacked on top of themselves.  I shot that barrel while down at Tony Boyers, and he told me then that I should unscrew it and save it.  I'm not sure what I'm saving it for, but I've got it in the safe for something.  I shot my .30BR down there as well, it was the first time that he had seen one shoot and he was impressed with the accuracy.  He thought that the gun was beating me to death with the recoil, but was impressed with how well it shot.  I could use another trip down there, that was a tremendous use of time and money.
