What is the lot # of your H4198?  What velocity are you getting out of it?  This is a similar load to the one that I have shot in both of my .30BR's, clocking at just under 3,000 fps.  Works well for me, but some folks are doing well with the higher velocity load - ~3060 fps.

n130 wasn't as good in my HV gun, and I never found a need to use it in my varmint hunter Rattler.  H4198 is my go to powder for the .30BR for all weather shooting.
