I have had a few questions regarding optics in the Factory and Factory modified classes,
There is no restrictions on optics in either of those classes you may use a 80x March if you like, but the rifles must fall in line with the rules.
The Only class that has a restriction on optics is the HBR/Vhtr class which is restricted to 6x.
