    Michigan Championship Series

    Tom Majewski's idea-Michigan Champ

I can't take credit for this so we won't call it the Francis Tournament. But, if it's a success, I'll claim it. Tom would like to see a Michigan Score Championship where we shoot one IBS score match at 100 and 200 yards at Holton, one IBS 100 yard match at Harrison, one IBS 200 yard score match at WWCCA, and one 100 and 200 yard IBS score match at Oscoda. There are multiple reasons for the IBS sanction. This would bring validity, uniform rules and scoring, dignity, exposure, and advertising to the series. The Great Mitten Match may draw shooters to Michigan if timed in such a way that it would not interfere with other IBS and NBRSA matches in the region next year. It could take place in consecutive or random weekends. What say you, Monsters of the Mitten? I shall call Harrison, Holton, and WWCCA reigning grand poopas. Oscoda has said Yes. Do the Fathers of IBS have any opinions on this?
