    My girl Suz..

Okay, actually this sweetie is Stan's wife, but she has a special place in my heart.  Here is a stock she recently painted for a customer, very impressive.  Suz is a natural artist who's many different projects over the years have always amazed Lynn and I.  I'll let Stan and Suz explain the details of this project.

Todd, you are my best fan!!!!!!!!!!!!!  This is a gun that I just painted for a fellow from St. Paul.  He loves the Australian themes and style of painting with lots of dots and bright colors. The pattern was a joint effort between he and I .  It took awhile to get it all done and the bottom of the stock also has two lime green geckos with yellow trim on them. So it is snakes and lizards all around!!!  He picked it up a couple weeks ago and is very happy with it, which always makes me feel good.  I did enjoy doing it as it was different than anythiing I'd done before. I usually do scenery or wildlife etc.  This was a challenge but fun.  Thanks for posting the pix and kind words Todd.

Nice job. For what its worth (from an Australian), I thought it had an “aboriginal feel” when I looked at those pictures.

Thank you Fergus, It makes me feel very good to know an authentic Austrailian thinks it has a genuine "feel". That was my aim.
