Good news! Today I lined up the folks who will be feeding us Monday thru Friday while setting up and competing. You all should be prepared to EAT as this will be a week of some of the finest BBQ you could want. I figure to stuff everyones bellys full of fabulous ribs, brisket, brats and 1/3 pound burgers.
